In 1990, Adrian joined Finsbury Trust, one of the leading Trust and Company Management firms in Gibraltar. He remained with the Company for 30 years until 2020. In 2008 he was appointed to the Board of the Company with responsibility for Operations, Compliance and Human Resources. He was appointed as Managing Director of the Company in 2013. In 2020 he joined TNG Global as CEO of TNG Global Realty Ltd. His responsibilities include management, oversight and development of the Family Office’s corporate structure, assets and operational activities. In July 2020 he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Trusted Novus Bank.
Nilesh Banglorewala joined TNG Group in 2011 in Vietnam. A qualified Chartered Accountant since 1988, he has over thirty years’ experience in Finance and Corporate Banking, spanning across Asia, Canada and the Gulf region with International Banks. He has held various senior management roles including Chief Financial Officer for Standard Chartered Bank, Indonesia and Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB). He has been in the CFO TNG Global role since April 2021 and has moved to Gibraltar since October 2023.
Prior to joining TNG Global, where he is responsible for the sales and marketing of residential and commercial developments in Gibraltar, Neville has held senior commercial roles within the Property Industry. He was previously Marketing Director and International Director of Chestertons, where he was responsible for both the management and development of its international network. He was also the Global Residential Marketing Director for Savills.
Over 20 years’ experience in managing diverse and complex asset portfolios for an international client base. General expertise in both onshore and offshore company management and administration, as well as transactional work in sales and acquisitions of real estate and investments. Considerable knowledge of local and international corporate governance and best practice guidelines.
